Terms and Conditions of the Trilogi University Library

1. Visitor Regulations

    ✦ Library users are required to fill in the visitor data in accordance with the applicable regulations.

    ✦ Library users are required to maintain the quietness and cleanliness of the library.

    ✦ Library users are required to take care of the library collections.

    ✦ Bags, food, and beverages are not permitted inside the library.

    ✦ Visitors are responsible for their own personal belongings. The library is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

2. Use of Library Collections

    ✦ Library users are required to take care of and properly handle library collections.

    ✦ Collections that have been used do not need to be returned to the shelves; simply leave them on the table.

    ✦ Library users are prohibited from damaging, writing on, folding, tearing, or removing any part of the library collections.

    ✦ Reference collections may only be used for reading in the designated room.

3. Borrowing and Returning

    ✦ Library collections may only be borrowed by active library members.

    ✦ Every member is required to return borrowed collections by the specified due date.

    ✦ The loan period may be extended in accordance with library regulations and the availability of the collection.

    ✦ Collections reserved by other members cannot have their loan period extended.

    ✦ Late returns of library collections are subject to sanctions in accordance with the applicable regulations.

4. Loss and Damage of Library Collections

    ✦ Members are responsible for borrowed collections until they are returned to the library.

    ✦ Lost collections must be replaced with the same title or in accordance with the replacement regulations established by the library.

    ✦ Collections damaged due to user negligence must be repaired or replaced in accordance with the library regulations.

5. Use of Library Facilities

    ✦ Library users are required to use library facilities properly and responsibly.

    ✦ Library users are prohibited from using library facilities for activities that disturb the comfort or activities of other users.

    ✦ Any damage to library facilities caused by user negligence shall be the responsibility of the respective library user.

6. General Regulations

    ✦ Library services may be used by students, lecturers, administrative staff, alumni, and the general public who are registered as library members.

    ✦ Library users are required to comply with all regulations and provisions applicable at the Trilogi University Library.

    ✦ Library staff have the right to give warnings to users who violate the regulations.

    ✦ The regulations and provisions may be updated from time to time according to the needs and policies of the Trilogi University Library.
